Genesis set out to offer their customers unparalleled convenience in the automotive purchase and ownership experience. Challenge
In times of historically low inventory, Volvo looked for new and creative ways to manage their entire vehicle pipeline to maximize pre-order opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience. By integrating with existing OEM processes, how could Motoinsight technology help Volvo manage deep pipeline planning while streamlining delivery of their central stock?
Solution
To solve for limited supply, Volvo turned to Motoinsight for a solution that would increase inventory visibility and optimize distribution.
Through their custom online retailing platform, Volvo can manage and display all planned inventory to customers, whether those units are in stock, in transit, or still awaiting assembly and VIN assignment.
To streamline the distribution process of landed units, Motoinsight’s digital solution allows Volvo to showcase central stock inventory held at key locations across the country. myNext Audi by Audi Financial Services USA and VW Credit
Challenge
Audi has always been at the cutting edge of innovative technology. When they wanted to push the boundaries of personalization for their loyal customers, they used Motoinsight technology to power their myNext Audi experience.
Solution
myNext Audi enables lease customers to lease their next Audi vehicle completely online. Customers at the end of their lease term are invited to the platform by email and met with personalized vehicle suggestions based on inventory at their Audi dealership.
After selecting a vehicle, customers can configure their payment, add optional protection products, submit a simplified credit application, and receive approval directly from Audi Financial Services—all online. Customers then schedule an appointment with the dealership, where they take a test drive and complete the final paperwork.
